I drive a 2001 Honda Accord that is, without exaggeration, a complete piece of junk holding on by a thread. Most shops would laugh me out of the parking lot, but the guys at Computer Tune & Lube treats my car like a luxury vehicle (even though from the outside and in it definitely isn’t haha) . They are literally the kindest, most honest people. In an industry full of shops trying to tack on $500 of random BS you don't need, these guys are 100% real with you. They always fit me into the schedule and go above and beyond just to keep me rolling safely. Absolute legends—I have so much love for this shop! Genuinely never going to stop going here! They’re great, recommend always.

This place really has taken care of me (and my daughter) well since we moved to Middletown. They have taken us in with appointments and as emergencies. They explain things, including pricing, even when the news isn't awesome. I have an old vehicle, and she has seen some things and has needed some TLC. I keep investing because the work here is good, the prices very fair, and the service unmatched. Plus, car prices are crazy! So the longer Computer Tune and Lube can keep my old gal going, the better. I trust them, and it's hard to say that much these days. Do yourself a favor and come by CT&L the next time your car needs work...see if you don't become a loyal repeat customer, too. :)

As the "storm of the century" approached, I was trying to get home to MD when I found I had a flat tire. It was a Saturday, it was quite busy, and many people had appointments. They were so very kind and fit me in, fixing the flat tire and checking the other three. They explained the issue and assured me I could make the 6 hour trip. I am grateful they made such an effort for an out-of-towner and just wish they were closer to me.

I was impressed with the service I received, the quality of work, and the fair, upfront pricing. I held off in rating them until I needed them a few times but they've been great consistently after 3 separate times for different reasons and 2 different vehicles. Even the oil changes are great. I used to go to one of the large chains that you can drive thru without getting out of the car but the price for full synthetic was about $35 more than Computer Tune and Lube. They have earned my business as a repeat customer and I will be going there from now on for all my car service needs.

Dan and his team have consistently gone above and beyond in taking care of not only my car, but also my fiancée’s and our family’s third vehicle. I came in at about 4:45 and they close at 5. I told the man at the front that the other place I went to get my emissions done was closed even though online it said they were open. I had another person in front of me. He got to me he didn't rush or push me out the door he took care of me saved me from having to pay a late fee! Customer service was excellent and he had me out of there in no time at all

My car needed its emissions checked. I arrived without an appointment, but my car was checked almost right away. (I had benefited from another customer's tardiness.) I wouldn't have minded waiting, though. The chairs were unusually comfortable, and there was no distracting TV. Everyone there was friendly. It was an excellent experience.

This place is great for getting you in and out for oil changes and service. Dan is always helpful with suggested maintenance and scheduling as well as preventive options. I always try to make my appt near lunch as there are a few places to walk to and by time I am done, my vehicle is also. Definitely give them a try!
